Alexis Alexis has always had a passion for animals since she was a kid, but when she was 14 her dog, Maya, was attacked and it hit home. Maya lost her ear and some movement in her tongue. She was the reason Alexis is where she is today. Every day when she comes into work,she is reminded of her Maya. “I wouldn't trade this job for anything in the world.”

During her down time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their 2-year-old son and their 2 dogs, Dozer and Stella. They love to go outside and play or go to the park. When they are not out enjoying the sunshine, the family loves to relax and watch Disney movies or play with trucks. Karyn Karyn is New York born and raised. She came to Florida in the early 90s and found her passion when she applied for a job at a vet clinic. She remembers working hands on with animals and not having any experience. She grew from hard work, dedication, loyalty and teamwork. Crystal Crystal joined our team in 2017 with the hopes of expanding her knowledge in the Veterinary field. She has always had a passion for helping animals of all kinds. She currently has 3 Dachshunds named Libby, Dottie and Digger and a Rottweiler named Nova. She grew up in Fort Ogden, Florida and moved to Ocala in 2022. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family. She is the proud mom of 4 beautiful children and a loving wife. Ashley Ashley joined our team in January of 2023. She has loved taking care of animals since she was a little girl. "When starting as a veterinary receptionist 3 years ago, I knew working with animals and helping people was a job I wouldn't mind doing every day! But, when I became a technician, I was able to help save lives and see the animals recover which is the best part of the job!" She is also a soon to be FIRST time mommy! When she is not at work she enjoys reading and playing with her fur babies. Gabriella Since I was a little girl I have always taken care of animals. My dream has always been to take care of animals in any way I can. When I started as a kennel tech a little over 2 1/2 years ago I knew I couldn't see myself doing anything else other than working with animals. "I am all about the animals!" Seeing them happy makes me happy and no matter how hard it gets I will always choose to work with them for the rest of my life. My dream since a little girl is to finish college as a Veterinarian. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and my fur babies. I love taking my dogs to the beaches and parks. Dr. Chris Cole Dr. Chris Cole grew up in northeast Ohio and attended The Ohio State University where he received his BS in 1989 and graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. Dr. Cole first practiced in Kingman, AZ for 5 years before moving to NV and practicing in the Reno area for 4 years. He met his lovely wife, Holly, in AZ and they married there in 1995. In 2002 they moved to Hudson, WI where they raised 2 great sons. Dr. Cole bought his animal hospital in 2003 and practiced there until moving to Hudson, FL in 2022 with their dog Lulu and 2 cats Lightning and Ernie. Dr. Cole brings 30 years of experience and has a love for all surgeries, especially orthopedics. In their free time Holly and Chris enjoy traveling, golfing and spending time on the water.
